The Miyetti Allah, has condemned the Northern Elders Forum for failing to speak up against the arrest warrant on Abba Kyari, by the FBI. They went further to accuse the South of working with the US to persecute “shining stars from the North.
He further express his regret that while the US and some elements in the South of Nigeria have connived to persecute “Shining Stars from the Region" “once they see that you’re a shining star and that you’re from the North, they will want to finish you completely.”
We should not deny the fact that such rhetorics manipulate alot of Northerners who are largely ignorant of certain facts. This is not to denigrate a people but to state the fact. Right now, Miyetti Allah and Arewa Youth CF are already in the bandwagon to consolidate a general impression.
