Recently, the issue of racism has filled the air, due to the unjustly murder of George Floyd, an American strangled to death by a Minneapolis cop by kneeling on his neck for approximately 9mins while three of his squad looked on.

The cold blooded murder sparks a lot of nerves and emotions around the world, huge protests, people kneeling down to frown against racism, pulling down all statues that gives any inclination of racism, (with no reference to cost or significance), football players wearing jersey with “Black live matters’ on the back,

Good effort to say the least by everybody, but the truth is the American racism is deep rooted than all of these societal and environmental status quo, it’s enshrined in the constitution and purely backed by the law which is very deadly and difficult to pull down.

A Racism established and perpetuated by government systems and backed by law is very deadly. Slavery, racism was made legal by the U.S. Government right from the local and state law of Jim Crow, enacted in the 19th century in the American south end before gaining momentum and spreading all around the country, so is Segregation, Black Codes, and peonage are systemically made legal by the government, and upheld by the judicial system.

These is where the larger part of the work to quell racism has to go, the codes and conducts that established these; black codes, slavery, peonage, racism are still in the constitution at all levels and it has to changed else,!it can only be suppressed for awhile and soon enough, it will hatch open again.

Systemic racism is the root to attack
