Chelsea FC defeated Crystal Palace four goals to one in an away encounter
Chelse defeated Crystal Palace in an away game to move fourth place in the premier league table, Chelsea had it easy as they recorded two goals in the first fifteen minutes of the game, an opening from Kai Havert and a follow up from the American captain Christian Pulisic put the visitor at a relative ease for the remainder of the first half.
The host Crystal Palace couldn't record a shot on target until the second half of the game, with about Chelsea's eleven shots on target and two goals already a Kurt Zouma powerful header from a Mason Mount corner kick makes it three goals for the visitor shortly after the resumption of the second half.
The host was able to open their scoring in the sixty seventh minutes. Christian Benteke was on hand to head in a superb cross from Wilfred Zaha. But the goal couldn't generate the momentum for the host to come back into the game as Christian Pulisic got his second of the night from a cross from the substitute Reece James.
The visitor was able to win the game convincingly banishing the memory of the last weekend catastrophe against lower opposition Wes Brom Albion. It was clear to see that the red card awarded to Thiago Silva was the reason the blues lost the game with such high margins.
