CHELSEA’S PERFORMANCE IN THE CL QUARTER FINALS

Chelsea's champions league game against FC Porto in the first leg of the quarter final encounter ended in a 0-2 win in Favour of the London club. It was an important win in the overall perspectives. Other than the importance of Chelsea's result in terms of their Champions League run, it was also massive for them to bounce back from WBA straight away to maintain the momentum that had been behind them for the PL run-in and FA Cup. What a few weeks it could be.

Reece James deserves the man of the match tonight, his statistics speaks volume, he totally locked that wing defensively and offensively, kept strong 29yrs old Marega and Zaidu sanusi, in his back pockets, he deserves high praise tonight, hos statistics; 100% aerial duels won 80% pass accuracy, 70 total touches, 5 clearances, 4 tackles won, 2 fouls committed, 1 big chance created 

Every one had eyes on him defensively after criticizing Trent yesterday and he produced an absolute clinic against a dangerous dribbler in Corona. What a player he is. Yes, the Man of the Match tonight was Reece James. Outstanding performance at wing-back, so confident going forward too and utterly dominant in 1v1 battles, fantastic outing from him.

Christensen and Rudiger managed Marega really well. Christensen was winning Aerial duels against him. Azpi too was solid, Great block in the first half.
