New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron ruled on Thursday that former president Donald Trump and his two eldest children, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka, must sit for depositions in the civil investigation into their business practices.

The judge denied the Trumps’ efforts to quash the subpoenas, issued in December by New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that the "OAG has sufficient basis for continuing its investigation, which undercuts the notion that this ongoing investigation is based on personal animus, not fact and law."
A heated thursday hearing proved to be quite the show as Trump and his kids. Don Jr., and Ivanka fought testifying in a tax fraud case.
