Happy Mother’s Day to all NRA moms! On top of the millions of other jobs moms have, NRA moms fight for our right to self-defense, while also defending themselves, their families, and communities. We are forever grateful for these fierce women.
The NRA thought that this was cool to tweet on Mother’s Day. Now on the same day, 7 people killed at a birthday party in Colorado Springs. The NRA didn't believe there is no sane motive in giving kids assault weapons.
When Research shows that children's brains simply aren't developed enough to accurately assess risk. Their critical thinking skills are still developing and they lack impulse control. Even with parental supervision, it's incredibly dangerous to let young children handle guns.
The link between the NRA and the killing might not be linked, but it proved a point to how deadly the gun is in the society, not to consider handling it to minor.
