FLORIDA TEACHER FACES HEAVY PENALTY FOR PADDLING A SIX YEAR OLD
A teacher and her clerk in Florida who paddled a six year old is facing a license revoke
A teacher in Florida might be getting her teaching license revoke for spanking a six year old. The child's mother made a distress call about the school beating that happened on April 13, the mother recount the kid can't sleep, cries constantly and feels generally terrorized by what happened. Her parents are also overwhelmed with emotions, especially the mom riddled with guilt from standing back and watch her kid get wiped. The family now has a therapist.
But what happened to the teacher whose career and her clerk is clearly on the line here, Luckily, the mom reported it anyway and now it's being handled by authorities. Probinsky the family lawyer says the case is being reviewed by the state attorney's office, as well as the school district and the Florida Dept. of Education. Probinsky insists this was aggravated battery, he's pushing for officials to strip the principal and her clerk of their education licenses.
so they can't teach in Florida ever again.
