GOOD NEWS ON FULLY VACCINATED POPULATION FOR COVID-19 SPREAD
It’s now established that fully vaccinated individuals cannot shed covid-19 or spread to non vaccinated populations as initially claimed by vaccines activists
An online claim that Pfizer admits vaccinated people can "shed" the COVID-19 vaccine to unvaccinated people is false. COVID-19 vaccines cannot spread between people. Posts making that claim are misrepresenting language in a protocol document.
Medical experts and the CDC said it’s not biologically possible for the COVID-19 vaccines to “shed” or affect unvaccinated people, despite what anti-vaccine activists claim.
This false claim traces back to Dr. Simone Gold, founder of America's Frontline Doctors. The group has falsely touted hydroxychloroquine as a COVID cure, and Gold was charged in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.
None of the three COVID-19 vaccines approved for emergency use in the U.S. contain live coronavirus. That means there’s nothing for patients to shed.
