When planing to loose weight, it’s important to take a healthy route in achieving ones dream, it will be a disastrous idea to start nursing another ailment brought about my unhealthy weight loss routine.
Over the past 4 months i have lost around 40 pounds by diet and exercise. It’s a shitty response but the truth is it's a good start, Counting your calories every minutes and at the end of the day calculating the entire consumed calories will give you an estimate of total output for the day. Calculating your daily deficit is a good idea, if there's need to increase or decrease calory loss, it's always a good idea to aim for at least 500calories per day, It’s a slow process but it’s healthy and it will help to develop good habits. A lot have tried to lose weight many times before but always flopped for one reason or the other due to a wrong approach which makes it impossible to achieve.
Understanding the mathematics and being able to do the maths will maake the biggest difference in good time. Let's go a little mathematics for the sake of understanding. Let's say an individual is charged at loosing 750calories on a daily, or targeting a 100pound weight loss, the narratives will go thus,
A pound is 3500 calories
So 750 a day x 7 = 5,250 a week
5,250 x 4 = 21,000
21,000 / 3500 = 6 pounds a month
6 x 4 = 24 pounds in 4 months, and about a year to achieve 100 pound loss target.

So this calculations shows it’s working, although one can decide to cut more, but the danger is the body needs the region of 500 calories, per day and to cut down below this body requirements is detrimental especially to anyone who is a field or hard worker, but a desk or static worker can go as high as it can sustain the body into functioning.
For nursing mothers who just gave birth and looking to get back to regular shape, a breakdown can be achieved as follows delivery in itself is about 13pounds lose. Up to 5 pounds in water weight just in the next week. If you started with a loss of 70kg, you are already into 52kg, If it took over 2months to lose the remaining 20(5) you're left with actually losing about 27kg which can be easily shed during the nursing period, in approximately two to three month.
Although, it's always easier to loose weight for younger nursing mothers, at an older age, it becomes more complicating and difficult to achieve earlier than planned. Although alternative weight loss routine in surgery is another means one can decide to adopt, The criticism big people receive on a daily is enough motivation to justify its adoption. Either through dietary and workout routine or surgery, it's a huge challenge to overcome so one can't be judgmental enough in this regard.
For the best part, oversized or big people who embark on a weight loss journey would need surgery to tightened loose skin, the process is widely known as skin grafting and tightening because the new weight will need for the skin look it up, like 80% of the people these days when they lose weight went through the surgery process to perfect the hardwork.
