HOW A WORKING SYSTEM CATCH UP WITH PRINCE ANDREW

Prince Andrew, a senior British Royal, the third and favorite son of Queen Elizabeth II. is facing a trial in a very public civil lawsuit for sexual abuse later this year.

For these reasons, Prince Andrew have lost all military titles and royal patronages. It is understood that the duke will also no longer be styled “His Royal Highness”

The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.

Virginia Giuffre alleges that she was trafficked by convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and forced to perform sex acts with the royal claims that Andrew denies.

When the lawsuit was filed in August, Andrew's legal team asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed, saying it violated the terms of a confidential settlement agreement Giuffre made with Epstein in 2009.

But Andrew lost that effort on Wednesday; Kaplan ruled that "the 2009 agreement cannot be said to demonstrate, clearly and unambiguously, the parties intended the instrument 'directly,' 'primarily,' or 'substantially,' to benefit Prince Andrew."

Although the queen was relunctant to stripe his favorite son all his titles, but she was forced to with pressure from retired quarters of the British navy.

Earlier in the day, some former members of Royal Navy, RAF and Army described in an open letter to the Queen their “upset and anger” at Andrew retaining the titles saying that his position was “untenable” and urging her: “Please do not leave it any longer.”

This leaves the queen no choice but to do the needful.

A working system is what's needed in all the countries of the world, irrespective of an individual's rank or connection, a working system will always catch up on any indidvidusl with shady character.
