HOW WORK FROM HOME EMPLOYEE CREATES TIME FOR EXTRA ACTIVITIES

A study published by @forbes shows people working from home are having sex, dating, taking naps and doing side hustles on company time. Oddly enough, a work from home friend whose job is to study such metrics in his organization, says that productivity has soared in his department during the work from home era.

With this new study, which doesn't seems like its true. It look like the Overlords are trying to find any excuse to repeal working from home and steal back people's time and lives -DESPITE- massive increases in productivity. It shows you it really wasn't about productivity at all but control.

Experiences has showed that work from home staff will work for about 4 hours straight to finish their work so they could just do whatever else for the other 4hrs. But at work they will intentionally stretch those 4 hours to 8 else tjey get more work if they finish early.

In this regard, managing your own time is a two-edged sword like; if nothing's going on today, I'll go do my own thing, but if today's a busy day, I can double down. It's much more flexible than "look busy 8h per day no matter what."
