Jeff Bezos has selected Wally Funk, a 82-year-old woman who trained to be an astronaut 60 years ago but was denied the opportunity to go to space to accompany him, his brother, and an as-yet-unknown auction winner on a suborbital trip July 20th.

Amazing Jeff, brilliant for women but as a father of 3 girls, who are not interested in being astronauts and hopefully don’t won’t to work for Amazon either, why not do something for zero hr contract women including delivery drivers having to change sanitary wear in the street.

Age is not the Limit. Astronaut/Senator John Glenn, age 77, flew aboard the space shuttle Discovery during its 1998 STS-95 mission. Wally Funk deserve it , but that has the taste of war of public relations. a chapter of the billionaire race!.

He can do this because the rich don't pay taxes.I am happy for her but how much is this costing him in millions it would seem to me paying his taxes would be the right thing to do it could give the veterans what they deserve
