JOE BIDEN SEEK MEASURES TO CONTROL GUN IN THE UNITED STATES

President Biden seek to control the access to gun in the United States. His plan to seek gun control bill is widely accepted by countrymen who the access of gun have been a major problem in their day to day activities, in his words, he said: Gun violence in this country is an epidemic and it’s an international embarrassment” US President Joe Biden outlines a set of measures to tackle gun violence.

The rates and numbers of people who died through accessible guns in the United States is alarming, the way indiduals even minors uses gun to distrust peace in the American states is really scary. If a man need an assault rifle to protect himself, then he doesn't need a family because what that means is that he's got some serious enemies and need to go through that on its own.

Even so in 2019, only 3.5% of ALL Firearm Related homicides were perpetrated with rifles. This isn't even stirctly semi-automatic rifles but also bolt actions and single shots. Banning AR 15's when they make up LESS than that 3.5% of firearm homicides makes NO sense. But it's a start, if owning assault rifles can be put under checks and balance, then it's a good start for a country who needs to take guns away from its streets and the hands of it minors.

Assault rifle are ar15s mainly used in mass shootings (these should be banned). Ghost guns should also be banned as they are untraceable and used in petty crime or single person murders. But some says Assault Rifle by definition is a political term, and an “assault rifle” is capable of firing in  full auto.  Pistols are used more in mass shootings the media just likes to highlight the AR-15 which makes up such a minority.  Also, all guns are designed to kill something.

Although, kick starting his gun control policy with restricting assault riffle is a good start, but it's important for the president to look into all other guns and how to control them as time goes on.
