Kidnapping in the middle toll gate becoming a regular occurrences
It was in the news that ten travellers were kidnapped along Lagos Ibadan express way exactly at the Ogun axis in a former toll gate of the state known as the middle toll gate.
An eye witness who narrates the ordeal explains that the kidnappers cross the express way from a nearby village shooting sporadically into the air while targeting a moving commuter bus to carry out their nefarious activities.
It was disclosed that about ten travellers was kidnapped in the process and led away into the same route where they came from to be held hostage till there ransom is been demanded and paid accordingly.
The activities of the kidnappers in the said middle toll gate is becoming a rampant occurrences despite the expansion and rehabilitation of the Lagos Ibadan express way.
Its about time a proper security network is arranged in the area by the ogun state government in order to forestall such occurrences repeating itself in the said location
