The former presidential aspirant enjoined the youth on how to change the narratives of the Nigerian ineffective leadership stance.
Nigeria’s youth need to stage the biggest and most important protest yet: the one at the ballot box in 2023. It’s the only protest that will change things. Advocacy matters. So does street protest. They express our voice. But only a massive electoral vote will shift the paradigm.
A question was raised that; How do you protest through ballot box when the election isn't free and fair? You can't protest with a dishonest system of voting that's in place.. We keep pretending every time as if our votes counts but we know its the riggers that determines the election outcome.
His response was; This is the sort of defeatist thinking that won’t solve the problem. Coming out in massive numbers WILL help overcome the rigging and other obstacles. Let be proactive.
There is strength in numbers. When there is a will, then impossibility is nothing. The reason why votes seem not to count is because of low turnout of voters. If the youths decide on their person, it cannot be stopped.
