LOOMING CRISIS AS GOVERNORS COMMITTEE PROPOSES INCREASE ON PMS PUMP

The Nigeria governors set up a committee to look into pump price come up with its position and recommendation that the price of Premium Motor Spirit, popularly called petrol, be raised from N162/litre to N408.5/litre.

Its disheartening that all proposals and outcome of all Nigerian government is never at per with making life easier for it populace, rather they are always proposing measures to take more from the national populace and makes life jharder to bear.

A committee set up by the Nigeria Governor’s Forum had on Wednesday called for immediate removal of petrol subsidy. It recommended a petrol price of between and N380/litre and N408.5/litre.

The country is been facing huge hardship in recent years and a proposal to increase the price to #408 will definitely set individual's finanacila economy back more than they can manage.

Nigerian aka our Congress are to meet on Friday to determine the increameant and what the Congress will do about the information, it's sure that the NLC will never agree to the hike except of course if it's now a pro buharist
