John Obi Mikelis under heavy criticism for endorsing Yahaya BELLO as the youth choice for 2023 presidency. The reactions he's getting from Nigerians isn't pleasant at alll, here are some;

Dear @mikel_john_obi, on behalf of sensible Nigerian youths, THUNDER FIRE YOU.....No problem. Please also relocate with your family to Nigeria (Kogi State), so that you can enjoy his magical leadership touch. Nonsense..

Mikel is eating oyinbo money and wishing yahaya bello on Nigerians. May the thunder come with nitro booster IJN....You arrive a town in an helicopter & land on a sandy football field, drive through the poverty stricken town on a terribly bad road to the govt house, only to tells us that that Chalatant is the best man for Nigeria? Mikel or whatever ur name is, you no well.

Mike should not allow politicians to destroy the good image he has built...John Mikel Obi shouldn't allow his football fame be ridiculed by his exasperating political utterance. I'd advise he stays off...Mikel is a finished article in football, in exchange for his support he should bring his family to live in Kogi & end his career in a local league . Maybe then he will understand what those living in this space go through.

@mikel_john_obi. You are an idol of the nation, don't let Yaya Bello spoil your name and reputation. Gauge the feelings of the people before honouring the invite of any politician. Yaya Bello is a bad ambassador of the youths, stay away from him...Honestly, as a Chelsea fan, I’m really disappointed.

Mikel Obi is senseless for that statement. We need to go hard on these idiots willing to use their platforms to market nonsense to Nigerians. Is Kogi like the England Mikel has spent the last upwards of a decade?. Nonsense and ingredient.

All these and many more are Nigerians reactions to his support for the kogi state governor.
