PASTOR BAKARE REMINDS BUHARI OF HIS MANDATE TO NIGERIAN

Pastor Tunde Bakare the General overseer of Citadel Global Community church has reminds President Buhari of his mandate for taking over power in 2015, it seems the president have easily forgotten the real reason Nigerian populace brought him to power to outstead  the incumbent whose power was taken to hand  to him.

President Buhari in an attempt to justify what Nigeria needs to move forward insist on an increase in pump price for the country to move forward, adding that the government sometime is faced with tough decisions, which might not augur well, but because the aim of the government is to make sure a better decision is made for present and future betterment of the country.

But Pastor Tunde was quick to remind his excellence that the main reason he was brought to power is to kill corruption and not Nigerians, and it seems the president is fast loosing track of the main focus at hand here. Recently, the Buhari administration has been coming up with hikes and increament in all public services, without putting into considerations the effect of covid-19 on the financials of it citizens.

Its a pity that where we have some decent countries cushioning the effect of the pandemic for its citizens by providing finanscial supports, the Nigerian government didn't only ignore any cushioning effects that can be adopted for its citizens, but subsequently increase prices of it services like electricity, custom charges,immigration dues and especially pump price which in retrospect skyrocketed all other subsequent goods whose productions and distribution depend solely on pump price.
