Plan to vaccinate teenagers in Greece sparks huge protests in Athens and Thessaloniki. But it seems It’s not about teenage vaccination, it’s about mandatory vaccination & free will.
But if people protesting life-saving medicine becoming available to individuals over 15 doesn't want it, it doesn't really seem protest-worthy to thi point while some countries are starved of the vaccines. It better to give it to another country who actually wants it.
But the economic impact is that Greece can forget tourism if they refuse to get vaccinated. People will go Malta or any place else where they have a high vaccine uptake instead.
