Frances football came up with a ballon d’or all time dream team, but reactions follows the selections as some football fans felt some omission and addition isn’t justified

France Football has finally revealed the 11 players who are a part of the Ballon d'Or Dream 11. The final XI was chosen by 140 journalists and in the list, non-European footballers who were not eligible from 1956 to 1994 were included. The 3-4-3 formation had Franz Beckenbauer in DMF formation while Pele and Deigo Maradona orchestrating the midfield together along with Xavi.

No place for Cruyff, Zidane, VanBasten, Platini or GeorgeBest. Tough choices but for me the controversy is JimmyJohnstone only coming 3rd place in 1967 BallonDor. Ronaldo Delima is obviously an overrated player. Played in the final in 98,won in 2002 wit extraordinary Brazilian players, did nothing from there on wards, didn't even win a champion league with the galaticos.

Felt very bad for Cruyff, he should have been included in Xavi's or Matthaus's category. If that happened then Cruyff would easily made it in the team. Ronaldo Delima is better than Cruyff in attck but Cryuff was one of the greatest player. Without him the team is incomplete.

Yeah, I might have chosen some different ones but I must admit I really don’t see much controversy here (maybe Matthaus? But I don’t know as much as I probably should about his career. Maybe Platini. I'd make two changes: Cafu out for Zanetti or Ramos (RB in a back three rules out wing-backs like Cafu & Alves, Cristiano or Ronaldo out for Iniesta or Zidane or Cruyff, Pele into the attack. This is blasphemous. How on Earth the great Zidane is not on the starting 11, It would in fact be hilarious if it weren't so tragic. It's a political selection this one and not a purely football based decision.

How does Xavi make the Ballon D'Or dream team ahead of Scholes or Zidane is beyond explanation. Once a wise man said: When you are watching the game you don't find Xavi but if you watch Xavi play you will see the whole game. When next you watch a game involving xavi, watch him and not the game. This is a Joke without zidane who has 3 fifa best player and 1Ballon d'Or to his name, but xavi that has none is in it team. Well if @francefootball doesn't think he is good enough then he might not be good enough.

Let's not forget that Late Maradona lived on drugs! Ronaldinho ought to be there. Ronaldinho couldn't maintain the status, because of self gratifications such as clubbing and all... is not just about skill but about attitude and life outside football that is why a Cristiano Ronaldo deserve to be there. Greatest player of all time. Almost single handedly dragged Argentina to a world cup and another final and napoli to two serie a titles. You may not like the man, but he's got to be first name on the team sheet.

He doesn't even carry a candle when compared to Pele. maradona's greatest moments were always mired in scandals and plays that where it played with today's cameras he wouldn't have made it far at all. Pele helped brazil win multiple world cups and acted as a team leader. You just know that the #BallonDordreamteam is a croc of shit when World Cup winning captain, and best defender Pele said he ever played against, Bobby Moore, isn't in any of the first three teams.
