SENATOR OMOWORARE SENT DELEGATES TO REVIVE NAVAL COLLEGE IN IFE
The former Ife/Ijesha district senator Babajide Omoworare sent delegates to work on reviving navy college in kosere, Ile-Ife
SEN. Jide OMOWORARE sent delegates to receive Rtd Cmd Dr (Mrs) Regina Eleazu-Uriri (Relocation Consultant) and Captain Aindowase Mnguve (Commandant) to the Nigerian Navy Centre for Education and Training Technology, Kosere, Ifewara Road, Ile-Ife.
Amongst the recepient delegates are; Alhaji Sikiru Oladipo Balogun (Ife Zone CDC Chairman & Member Ife Development Board), APC Ife stalwart Mr Tajudeen, (TJ) of the advance team of eight Officers and and twenty-six ratings.
News around Ife town has it that, Senator Omoworare facilitated the eventual movement of NNCETT to its permanent site by providing a year accommodation for Naval Ratings and clearing of the site which was taken over by a forest since the project was abandoned in 2009.
It has also facilitated a recent move which could see the school receive some fundings and get some federal approvals to operate as a proper federal government navy college
