The problems of open grazing in Nigeria dated back to 1969 when a particular judge of the federation JUSTICE ADEWALE THOMPSON banned the practice on the 17th of April 1969.

He also warned Ofun provoked killings by Fulani Herdsmen to desist from the dastardly act of be tried and subsequently jailed for any killing or attack on farmers in Ofun contained in a suit nAB/26/66. of "Hon.Justice Adewale Thompson: 17thApril, 1969.

It's now glaring that open grazing must be ban, but a revitalization of grazing reserves be looked into. The government  should be fair and assist both herders and farmers without fear or favor.

According to MNK, a cow must have the brain of a cow and not that of human. If ban on open grazing is unconstitutional, is killing by herdsmen in the #South and destroying alcoholic beverages in the #North constitutional?.

The government needs to own up to his duties of protecting lives and properties of it citizens and looked into the effects of bringing sanity and normalcy to the system in order to forestall reoccurrence of unwanthom killings of human because of cow deeds.

What is it with the presidency and open grazing? Open grazing has led to the death of many farmers orchestrated by fulani herdsmen, several farmers are counting losses as cattle willingly destroying their farms without compensation. At this point, the presidency shouldn't be taking sides, but rather be looking fo a way to put an end to the unwanthom killing rampant in our society.
