THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT SEEK TO AMMEND NBC ACT TO CURB INTERNET ACTIVITIES

The Federal Government instituted a committee to meet with @jack on the unconstitutional #TwitterBan and no single young person to represent the class of people highly affected by the ban. Of what relevance is Twitter to Lai Mohammed or Fashola.

Young people have been frustrated so much in Nigeria that they are not involved in any policy-making or important decisions. The government filled with older people who are mostly out of touch with current realities.  

Although, governance is not by youth but by those who understands the western  global economic policy rigged to impoverish the youths who are more easily brainwash  by the western media to have a restricted enslaved mindset without them knowing.

Nigeria government is asking House of Representatives to amend the NBC Act and include “internet broadcasting”. That means all online radio/TV stations must register with NBC and Lai Mohammed. This is social media censorship brought back through the back door.

Although, the opinion that all stations be registered under NBC is a good one, however some measure should be put in place to curb unlawful ban. People need to be held responsible for dissemination of false information..
