The Holy book says “when men slept, his enemy came and sow tears into the wheat.”
yes its possible to sometime awake from bed, feel burdened and exhausted. At
times, discouraging, especially when previous day, possibly, full of,
or tainted with ‘disappointment’, an ample of unfinished task. But,
how often we wrong ourself by assuming the breaking of the new day
must/will be the continuation of the yesterday? We tend to agree with
some of these mere hypothesis about life, propounded by men who had
subjected themselves to the status qou. Meanwhile, some of these
hypothesis are not neccessarily true when try against time and
civilization. So, learning to make the best of sleep does not neccesarily mean you
have got all your task done, rather, you have now a new energy and
acumen to approach the task again.

The opportunity to wake, walk, work with fresh ideas and innovation.
Stop thinking today will continue where yesterday ended.
But an opportunity for a new approach. The time for
bed is not a wasted time. When you sleep, your brain still continue
its operation and activities, ready to release a new and fresh output.

But we miss and do injustice to it(our brain’s activities)
possibly because we are ignorant of this amazing work of nature. Yet,
they are all there to give us and make the best out of our life.
I will recommend before jumping out of your bed early morning,
endeavour to look into yourself, what suggestion or idea, hoozing from
your inside? Is there any operation? Is there any new thing?

First thing to do early morning is not tweeting or replying facebook
messages or commenting, but a time to get prepared for the rest of
the day! The nature awaits you its best; be conscious of it
