TRUMP PLAN OFFICIAL PARDON FOR HIS KIDS

Since Donald J Trump losses the US  elections, he's been coming up wth some antics people are talking about. Trump is not expected to attend Biden's inauguration. He also does not plan to invite Biden to the White House or even call him. Biden officials said Trump won't affect their plans, regardless of what he does.

Gabriel Sterling, a Georgia elections official, condemned President Trump and other Republican leaders for not speaking out against the violent threats and harassment directed at election workers. Republicans didn’t give one shit about “overseas business interests” when Donald Trump and his family stumbled into the White House lathered in secret foreign entanglements. Their sudden interest in the subject is insincere, politically motivated, and 100% predictable.

Tonight journalists confirmed Trump is contemplating blanket pardons for his children, and discovered DOJ is investigating a “bribery-for-pardon scheme.” Democrat leaders have acclimated us to the idea that these kinds of revelations merit no congressional response. But it’s wrong. What federal crime did the children of Donald J. Trump engaged in that will necessitate the POTUS to feel compelled to grant them pardon.

But wait a minute, are you not suppose to be convicted before you can be pardoned? Preemptive pardons cannot be legally binding as they do not state what crimes are being pardoned. Thinking outside the box... don’t you have to be currently indicted or under investigation for a crime to get a pardon?  Maybe they will open investigations on themselves.

From another angle, It is clear one can, considering Ford pardoned Nixon and he wasn’t charged. But can the president pardon himself?. Nixon pardoned for obstruction of justice, abuse of power for political purpose, ignoring Justice committee subpoena. charges associated with his pending impeachment in the house.  A pardon is associated with a crime/wrong doing because part of a pardon is an admission of guilt.

On a lighter note, An official pardon for the kids would be useful just in case one of them, just for the heck of it, wants to shoot somebody on 5th avenue in the next 50 days.
