The Russian leader made his intentions known about the US President Joe Biden
In a new interview, Vladimir Putin said Russia's relationship with the United States has “deteriorated to its lowest point” in recent years, while noting that Joe Biden is “radically different” from his predecessor.
Maybe because President Biden doesn’t take *directive/orders* from him? Also didn’t he say the same thing about President Obama. It seems his only friend is the former President Donald Trump
But it seems Putin says that every time he doesn't get his way.. (all the time)
