AGF MALAMI REFUTE THE CLAIM HE CHALLENGED ATIKU’S CITIZENSHIP IN COURT
The attorney general of the federation Abubakar MALAMI refutes the claim he filed a suit against the former Vice President
“The Honorable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN has never filed any case before any court in the country challenging the citizenship of the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.” In a statement released to the press, the body responsible for this challenge is a civil society and not him has the press had earlier stated
He further explained in the statement that the office of the attorney general was just made a codependent in suit back in 2019. It seems the press got it wrong on this one, or maybe there may be another twist to the tale unfolding presently, hopefully, more investigation about the matter will shed more light on it for more understanding.
