HOW MOURINHO WAS THE ARCHITECT OF HIS OWN DOWNFALL

The Chelsea boss got fried from Stamford bridge for the second time in his career, despite his rosy start and long haul promises, his reign as the special one at the bridge end prematurely due to his long list of accumulated defeats in his short stay. During this short reign, he (Jose) was successful in creating a long list of enemies for himself  with his jibes and bad labelling assertions. Here, we make a list of  how he was successful in creating his own downfall.

HIS RIFT WITH EVA CARNEIRO
Mourinho was heavily criticised for the way he handles Eva Carneiro’s rout at Chelsea. The 42-year-old physio, who left Stamford Bridge in September with a legal case still in motion with the club, was labelled “naive” by the special one for running to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard in the final stages of the 2-2 draw with Swansea City on the opening day of the season, and subsequently saw her role down graded before she decided to leave and pursue a legal redress in the court of law, this action of his didn’t go down well with some of the players in the club why some acted indifferent with his action, this heated moment with Eva signifies the starts of woeful performance from the players which later got him fried.

HIS RIFT WITH ARSENE WENGER

Jose has always been a talking Tom on and off the pitch, his love for camera, attention and the British press has always got him into trouble with every authority in the English game, the Mourinho/Wenger rift has been a lingering one that has degenerated into a hateful display and assertions from both managers. Jose was heard by the world calling the arsenal boss a specialist in failure, this statement generated a lot of criticism from all spheres of the game and even outside of it, in reaction to this, Wenger found himself pushing Jose around the technical area during their encounter in the first leg of the season clash in Stamford bridge which  was never looked into by the FA. Later when Jose was punished for a less offence, he took a job at the FA for been partial and was unable to take action against his rival which has committed a more grievous offence than his.

HIS CRITICISM OF THE OFFICIALS OF THE GAME

The special one has always taken delights in criticising the officials of the game on or off the pitch, this has made him to create a lot of enemies for himself through his jab at anthem, he through his career has make a ton of enemies by calling officials names and disgusting remarks, during a champions league game against Barcelona in his first spell at Chelsea, he had an encounter with an official named Andy frisk which made the referee retire from the game as he told the world that what HE mouse said to himself is so disgusting and demoralising that he couldn’t stomach it t but to retired from the game, also in a game against. Southampton , referee John moss also became a recipient of Mou’s labelling by calling him weak, this was punished by the officials and he was unable to return to the pitch for the second half of the game.

HIS FAILURE TO ADMIT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES

The special one has never been shy of having the bags of blame on anyone or anybody that he feels his responsible for his failures. From his players to the official of the game to the FA body. Even his opponent whom he has played and lost to have also been blame for their style and model of playing. This action was seen in the Eva case, Bournemouth game, and some other processes of his failures. Mou has come out many times to go against anybody or any organisation that he deem it fit to attack and lay the blame of his woes.

THE SALES AND LOAN OF VERY GOOD PLAYERS

Has also contributed to the failures of Mou this season. During the cause of his second reign, the special one has made some unrealistic decisions on his players and this has really hurt his team immensely, the sales of Andre Schurlle, Petr Cech and the loan of all other good players has really belaboured the squad as his lack of team rotation has wore the team to shred. Although, we are made to believe that the sales of Petr Cech to his closest rival isn’t entirely his personal decisions, some believe he has a say on the super stay stay at the bridge.

All these and many more culminated into the failure and eventual sack of the special one which was his own handiwork. Although, many Chelsea fan believes they haven’t seen the last of Mou at the bridge, they still believe their beloved manager will be back in the nearestfuture.
