Barely a year after the worldwide coverage of the massacre of peaceful #ENDSARS protesters at the Lekki toll gate, the youth of Nigeria still know no peace as the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has picked up where SARS left off.

One of many events happened overnight where EFCC officials broke into Gbenga Daniels' Conference hotel in Abeokuta, shooting sporadically, stripping down, torturing and then taking a number of people captive

Right as the EFCC officials were about to flee from the hotel, they were interfered by Army soldiers which led to a shoot-out that lasted for hours.

According to eye-witnesses, they were all terrified and feared that rhey would lose their lives.

Prior to this development, Gbenga Daniels' Conference hotel was believed to be untouchable as it was one of the hotels that was yet to be raided by the EFCC.
